Ingredients
Indian Eggplant : 10 nos., sliced thin lengthwise
Oil : 1/3 cup
Red chilli powder : 2 tsp
Garam masala : 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds : 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Method

Method
- Take oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add eggplant and toss well.
- Add red chilli powder, garam masala and salt and mix well.
- Allow to roast well on medium heat. Keep tossing inbetween to let it get roasted thoroughly till slightly crisp.
