Okra : 1/2 cup, cut thin (not very thin)
Yogurt : 1 cup
Oil : to fry okra
Mustard seeds : 1/4 tsp
Urad dal : 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
- Heat oil in a pan and fry okra. U can either deep fry or shallow fry.
- In another pan, heat 1 tsp oil and splutter mustard seeds and urad dal.
- Mix fried okra, yogurt, salt, spluttered mustard seeds and urad dal and mix well.
- Serve with any rice or even with parathas.
