Kara Boondi Raita


Kara Boondi : 1 cup
Yogurt : 1 cup
Chaat masala : 1/4 tsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add the boondi and strain immediately. This removes the excess oil from the boondi.
  2. Add yogurt, chaat masala and salt and mix well.
  3. Serve with any pulao just like any other raita.
