Kara Boondi : 1 cup
Yogurt : 1 cup
Chaat masala : 1/4 tsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add the boondi and strain immediately. This removes the excess oil from the boondi.
- Add yogurt, chaat masala and salt and mix well.
- Serve with any pulao just like any other raita.
